Job Role: Strategic Partnership Builder

We seek a seasoned professional to bolster client connections, drive business expansion, and ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client requirements, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client needs.
  • Drive client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling staffing and recruitment services.
  • Maintain and present reports on account performance, hiring trends, and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on staffing industry trends, labour market insights, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in client relationship management, workforce staffing, and business engagement.
  • Strong background in understanding client requirements, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and drive client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with staffing industry trends and labour market insights.
