Job Title:

A Strategic Partnership Builder and Manager role awaits a highly analytical and experienced professional with expertise in the Financial Services space.

Job Description:

This position involves building, managing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to expand business capabilities of our products and services. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential partners, determining their alignment with our objectives, evaluating risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships, developing and maintaining strong relationships, negotiating agreements, collaborating with internal stakeholders, driving growth and new initiatives, and monitoring industry trends.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential partners to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business goals.
  • Determine the alignment of partner business objectives with ours, and evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with partnership formation.
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions through regular communication, clear expectations, milestones, and objectives.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that align with our company's strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with our product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing joint growth opportunities with partners, tracking and reporting progress, and regularly assessing alliance impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services space, preferably in banks, payment networks, fintech companies, or mobile and consumer durable OEM companies.
  • Proven track record of generating growth using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Effective communication skills to engage in technical conversations with partners and influence across various levels of the organization.
