Job Title: Business Partnership Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Partnership Developer to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of impactful business-led marketing campaigns, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will be hands-on in creating proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns. This position offers excellent exposure to tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-serving, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.

Success in the First 90 Days:

  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish monthly reports on campaign performance.
