About the Role

As a Sales and Lead Generation Professional, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities. Your goal will be to build a strong sales funnel and ensure that all leads are well-qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and ensure that they meet the necessary criteria for sales teams to pursue.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accurate tracking of leads and progress.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets as set by the business.

About You

  • You have at least one year of experience in an Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, preferably within the Aviation, Defense & Aerospace, Ecommerce/Marketplaces, or Education industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • You are highly goal-driven, work well in fast-paced environments, and pay strong attention to detail.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder, able to deliver high-quality work consistently.

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of ₹8,50,000 per annum, along with opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
