Job Summary

The role of Sales and Business Development Manager is crucial for identifying market opportunities through networking, research, and new connections.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant experience of 5+ years in Training / IT Sales / System Integrators (SI) Sales / Hunting Role / Sales only / B2B/ Technology consulting / Management consulting.

Responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and new connects.
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.
  • Meet new, existing, and potential clients and build positive relationships.
  • Create business development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections.
  • Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
  • Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare financial projections and sales targets.
  • Produce reports for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-related experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles.

Estimated salary: ₹800000 - ₹1200000 per annum.
