Client Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead client acquisition efforts in our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and acquire new clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase recruitment solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to clients.
Requirements
  • 4-9 years of experience in business development or client acquisition in recruitment or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
