Job Title: Strategic Client Growth Specialist About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Client Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through broking of equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency products, as well as cross-selling mutual funds, PMS, and AIFs to existing NRI clients in Dubai and other offshore locations.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients via demat sourcing, enhancement, and upgrading client relationships.
  • Client Profiling: Profile clients and suggest financial products (equity) that meet customer needs based on their risk appetite.
  • Trade Execution: Coordinate with clients daily for investment in equity and other wealth products, help customers execute trades online, and place orders on their behalf.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve healthy revenues without compromising client profitability.
  • New Client Acquisition: Acquire new NRI and HNI clients through referrals and regular follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge: Domain knowledge of products like equity stock broking, PMS, mutual funds, AIF, and bonds.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer queries, keep abreast of micro and macroeconomic indicators, and global and domestic financial markets.
 Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in handling B2C sales and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
