Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through effective team management and strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Equity Relationship Managers to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with Franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors (IFA), and Remisers to onboard their clients across various products.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the products and training team to conduct comprehensive training sessions for partners on our range of financial services, including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional client service by identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Joint Calls: Support distributors during joint calls to provide valuable insights and guidance.
  • Cluster Events: Organize seminars and webinars for partners within your cluster to facilitate knowledge sharing and growth opportunities.
