Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, with a strong understanding of sales processes, product management principles, and customer relationship building.

The successful Strategic Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to effectively engage with system integrators, brand partners, consultants, and end customers. This will involve working closely with product managers and brand representatives to understand product features, technical specifications, and roadmap plans, and communicating these effectively to stakeholders.

In this role, you will also work collaboratively with the sales team to craft and implement revenue-focused sales strategies that capitalize on the unique strengths of our products and services in the marketplace. You will conduct regular meetings, presentations, and workshops with system integrators, consultants, and end customers to showcase our products and services, address inquiries, and gather feedback.

You will negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between the sales team and product managers to ensure clear communication and alignment on customer needs, product enhancements, and development priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, product management principles, and customer relationship building
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
