Asset Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Asset Growth Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our client's assets and generating revenue through the sale of investment products.

The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and implement effective strategies to increase our client's assets under management (AUM), as well as drive SIP flow and revenue growth from both existing and new clients.

To achieve this, the candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively disseminate product recommendations to allocated clients.

Additionally, the Asset Growth Specialist will be responsible for handling client queries in a timely and efficient manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Other key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as developing and implementing plans to capitalize on these findings.

In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in wealth management, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the industry.

A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is also required, as well as certifications such as NISM 5A & 8.
