  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow software asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet the organization's IT asset management needs.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
  • Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems to enhance data exchange and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow design and development, including familiarity with SAM processes and end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Experience:

  • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations with successful delivery and adoption.
  • Experience with custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, or Scripted REST API.
