Asset Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our asset management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing funds to optimize returns
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Track project progress against underwriting assumptions
  • Develop approval papers for board approvals
  • Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting
  • Draft investment committee papers for presentation to the board
  • Prepare management reports and board materials

Requirements:

  • CA/CFA/MBA in Finance or related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to deliver results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
