Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Acquisition Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones.

Your primary goal will be to achieve daily/weekly/monthly customer acquisition targets while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Main Responsibilities
  • To acquire new to bank clients in the high net worth segment and reference generation from the specified catchment.
  • To achieve daily/weekly/monthly customer acquisition target.
  • To build and deepen relationships with existing wealth customers to achieve an increase in share of wallet and revenues.
  • To provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • To manage key performance indicators at the highest level.
  • To have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the bank and in other places.
  • To make aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
Requirements
  • A strong sales background with experience in sales and client acquisition.
  • Candidate should have worked on sales assignments and possess flair for customer engagement and acquiring new clients.
  • Candidate must be aware of all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention.
