Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent. This role requires expertise in building talent pipelines, building relationships with stakeholders, and aligning talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.

Role & responsibilities :

  • The position will be responsible to support the Talent Acquisition function for corporate as well as projects related hiring needs.
  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Responsible for pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for candidates with the concerned department/management.
  • Framing job descriptions, posting advertisements on Portals and Social Network sites.
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Create weekly, monthly and ad hoc MIS and dashboards.
  • Perform reference checks, salary related documents for shortlisted candidates.
  • Develop and maintain robust pipeline candidates to meet future project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Work towards targets and close open positions as per the agreed TAT and SLAs.
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, or similar.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Good knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
