Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Core Recruitment (Education/EdTech)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across business units (academic, sales, operations, technology, product, and support functions).
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and manage interview scheduling with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and recurring roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the education/EdTech domain.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in core recruitment/talent acquisition (preferably in Education/EdTech, Ed services, or similar fast-paced industries).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Naukri, social media hiring, and campus hiring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume hiring with tight deadlines.
- Passionate about the education sector and keen to contribute to organizational growth.
