The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring for senior management and CXO-level roles across functions and geographies.

Candidate profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years dedicated to leadership or executive hiring.
  • Proven experience hiring for CXO and C-suite roles across functions.
  • Strong understanding of talent landscape, compensation structures, and assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end leadership hiring for both IT and non-IT roles globally across key functions
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across geographies to understand leadership talent needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong networks within CXO and senior leadership circles to proactively identify and engage top-tier talent.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, timely feedback, and high-touch engagement.
  • Build and manage productive relationships with search partners, ensuring alignment on mandates and quality outcomes.
  • Provide strategic talent insights, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and present hiring dashboards and metrics regularly to senior leadership.
  • Champion the employer brand within leadership communities, representing the organization with credibility and professionalism
