ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding business requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about connecting with people, building strong talent pipelines, and contributing to the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for clinical, paramedical, administrative, and support roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads, unit heads, and senior management to understand workforce requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identify and source talent using multiple channels — job portals, healthcare networks, professional associations, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments, competency-based interviews, and coordinate technical rounds with clinical leadership.
  • Manage hiring for doctors, specialists, nurses, technicians, therapists, allied health professionals, and corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche healthcare positions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate degree, MBA – specialized in HR preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, and social recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight deadlines.
  • Healthcare background preferred.
