About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment strategies for our Branding & Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on recruiter and a strategic leader who can manage a high-performing team, ensure high-volume monthly closures, and strengthen the employer brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for branding, marketing, and creative rolessourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3+ recruiters, set performance goals, and ensure monthly closure targets.
- Talent Strategy: Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top lateral talent.
- Employer Branding: Partner with the marketing and communications teams to enhance employer brand visibility across digital platforms and industry networks.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership to forecast hiring needs and ensure seamless recruitment operations.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices, tools, and analytics to improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Domain Expertise: Strong track record in branding, marketing, and creative hiring (agency or corporate environment preferred).
- Team Management: Experience in leading, training, and motivating a team of 3 or more recruiters.
- Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, networking), and knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Exposure to data-driven hiring and recruitment analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
