**Job Title: US IT Recruiter - Client Acquisition**
**Location**: Sector 7 Dwarka
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients within the IT sector through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients, showcasing our services, expertise, and value proposition.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, rates, and other relevant terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, track progress, and provide regular updates to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition of acquired clients and facilitate the recruitment process effectively.
- **Client Retention**: Develop strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients, address any concerns or issues promptly, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X years] of experience in client acquisition or business development within the IT industry, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or consulting services.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the IT industry, including current technologies, market trends, and client requirements.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and build rapport with clients.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop effective plans to achieve business objectives.
- **Results-Driven**: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business goals.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
