Job Role: US Bench Sales & Client AcquisitionLocation: Hyderabad OfficeExperience: 2–4 years in US Bench Sales / IT StaffingEmployment Type: Full-time / Day ShiftKey Responsibilities- Drive client acquisition by generating new business opportunities in the US staffing market. - Involved in sales i.e., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements. - Build and maintain relationships with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners. - Worked extensively on marketing bench consultants. - Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company. - Involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors. - Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals, and other Networking sites.Required Skills & Experience- 2–4 years of experience in US Bench Sales / Client Acquisition. - Strong understanding of US IT staffing market. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. - Proven experience in working with consultants on OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and USC. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. - Ability to generate leads and build long-term business relationships.
