Worked extensively on marketing bench consultants. Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company. Involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors. Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals, and other Networking sites.Required Skills & Experience2–4 years of experience in US Bench Sales / Client Acquisition. Strong understanding of US IT staffing market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Proven experience in working with consultants on OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and USC. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to generate leads and build long-term business relationships.
