We’re Hiring: Team Lead – US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Night Shift | Hyderabad / Remote / Hybrid / Onsite)Join Hach Technologies LLC / Hachion, a fast-growing US-based IT Staffing & Consulting firm, and lead a dynamic team driving consultant marketing success across the USWhat You’ll Do:✅ Lead and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters to ensure high-quality performance and results✅ Proactively market H1B / OPT / GC / USC consultants to preferred vendors and direct clients✅ Build and maintain strong vendor and client networks✅ Guide consultants on marketing strategies, resume preparation, and interview processes✅ Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding✅ Monitor submissions, performance metrics, and team productivityRequirements:- 5–8 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales, including experience mentoring or leading a team - Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, and US Tax Terms - Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills - Ability to handle multiple consultants efficiently and ensure consistent placements - Comfortable working in US Shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST)Compensation:Salary: Competitive – Based on ExperienceDisclaimer:Salary will be determined based on your experience, leadership capabilities, and performance.
