The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and hiring candidates, as well as maintaining candidate relations. The role involves strategic account management, effective communication with clients and candidates, and meeting recruitment targets.Qualifications- Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills - Experience in Hiring and Account Management - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets - Bachelor's degree in any relevant field - Experience in the IT industry is a plus
