The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for various recruiting tasks including sales recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting. The role involves managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires. Effective account management and communication will also be crucial day-to-day tasks.Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting Experience in Hiring and Account Management Excellent Communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Previous experience in the consulting or staffing industry is a plus
