We are now expanding client partnerships in Bangalore.Role Overview:You will contact HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Founders of companies in Bangalore to introduce our hiring services, share our profile, and schedule meetings with our founder.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify companies hiring in Bangalore (LinkedIn, Naukri, Google)Make 35–40 calls per day to HRs and FoundersSend introduction emails / WhatsApp messagesMaintain a lead tracker in Google SheetsSchedule calls/meetings between HR and Velodata’s FounderShare daily call reportsRequirements:Strong verbal communication in EnglishConfident to speak to HRs / senior professionalsBasic Excel or Google Sheets skillsPrior experience in telecalling / HR sales preferredPerks:Incentives for qualified leads & closuresTraining and daily supportLong-term growth to BD Manager roleIndustryIT Services and IT ConsultingEmployment TypeFull-time
