**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending events for lead generation in the SME-IPO segment.
- Prepare, summarize, and present detailed proposals and investment recommendations to the management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to SME-IPO and working capital funding.
- Meet yearly acquisition targets and contribute to revenue goals.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in client acquisition, preferably in SME-IPO.
- Prior experience with working capital loan clients having requirements above ₹10 crore.
- Proven experience in identifying and closing deals through relationship-building and market intelligence.
- Strong understanding of investment structures, regulatory requirements, and financial documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude.

**Compensation**:

- **Fixed Salary**: Up to ₹50,000/month
- **Variable**: Performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
