Key Responsibilities: Research and identify companies hiring in Bangalore (LinkedIn, Naukri, Google) Make 35–40 calls per day to HRs and Founders Send introduction emails / WhatsApp messages Maintain a lead tracker in Google Sheets Schedule calls/meetings between HR and Velodata’s Founder Share daily call reports Requirements: Strong verbal communication in English Confident to speak to HRs / senior professionals Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills Prior experience in telecalling / HR sales preferred Perks: Incentives for qualified leads & closures Training and daily support Long-term growth to BD Manager role Industry IT Services and IT Consulting Employment Type Full-time
