Position: Client Acquisition Executive Location: Kochi (Work from Home or Office) Company: Velodata Global Pvt. Ltd. (Recruitment Consultancy) Experience: 1–3 years (telecalling, inside sales, or HR agency BD preferred) Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month + Incentives About Us: Velodata Global is a recruitment consultancy supporting IT and Non-IT organizations across India with permanent and contract staffing solutions. We are now expanding client partnerships in Bangalore. Role Overview: You will contact HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Founders of companies in Bangalore to introduce our hiring services, share our profile, and schedule meetings with our founder. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify companies hiring in Bangalore (LinkedIn, Naukri, Google) Make 35–40 calls per day to HRs and Founders Send introduction emails / WhatsApp messages Maintain a lead tracker in Google Sheets Schedule calls/meetings between HR and Velodata’s Founder Share daily call reports Requirements: Strong verbal communication in English Confident to speak to HRs / senior professionals Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills Prior experience in telecalling / HR sales preferred Perks: Incentives for qualified leads & closures Training and daily support Long-term growth to BD Manager role Industry IT Services and IT Consulting Employment Type Full-time
