Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of City Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic alliances with healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the healthcare industry or startup environment. Strong leadership skills, including team management and sales target achievement, are also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with doctors and hospitals to drive patient referrals.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for crowdfunding and lending by analyzing patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
  • Manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipelines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide ongoing market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to refine our lending solutions.
  • Collaborate with patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered financial institutions to ensure smooth lending operations.
  • Oversight of the city-level P&L, focusing on operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including team management and sales target achievement.
  • A willingness to travel extensively within the region.
