Program Director - EdTech Initiative

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our EdTech initiative, responsible for managing student cohorts from onboarding to successful completion.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of running educational programs, with expertise in operational process management and stakeholder engagement.
  • They should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to drive accountability across teams.
  • A comfort with data and reporting tools is essential, as well as the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Student Cohort Management: Oversee student batches end-to-end, ensuring classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
  • Mentor Support: Provide guidance and support to mentors to deliver high-quality sessions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement processes to enhance the student experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.) to inform program improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in EdTech program management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, mentors, and team members.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
