Job Title: Securities Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Securities Operations professional to lead our team. In this role, you will oversee the management of a team of alternative investment operations managers and analysts, develop operational infrastructure, and ensure effective operational due diligence of external investment managers.

You will identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development, manage the administration of third-party distribution of alternative investments, and make decisions regarding company-wide tasks that steer the company's operational direction.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Securities Operations experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a team of alternative investment operations managers and analysts.
  • Operational Development: Develop operational infrastructure on financial accounting, tax reporting, and client services.
  • Due Diligence: Perform specific duties including accurate financial reporting of funds, sourcing of proprietary fund vendors, and ensuring operational due diligence of external investment managers.
  • Risk Control: Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
  • Compliance: Ensure effective operational due diligence of external investment managers.
Required Skills:
  • Experience: 4+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience.
