Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Innovative Education Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with a passion for developing and delivering high-quality learning experiences.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver industry-aligned educational content for our online courses and programmes.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with senior faculty and programme directors to develop curricula that meet the needs of our students.
  • You will teach and facilitate courses in certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of our learners.
  • Assessments and grading will be an integral part of this role, with a focus on providing timely and constructive feedback to students.
  • Participate in guest faculty coordination to ensure programme quality and contribute to the development of subject matter expertise in computer science and related fields.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in AI and business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working with complex, large-scale technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.

  • Ability to adapt teaching methods and content to meet evolving industry standards and learner needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work across diverse teams.
