We are seeking a highly motivated Education Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prior experience in shortlisting Universities based on Course, Rankings, Specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent is essential.
  • A passion for helping students and providing them with impartial and honest advice on studying abroad is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must - written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills are necessary.
  • Prior experience in counseling students is a must. Preferably from the Study abroad sector.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records at all times in the CRM is crucial.
  • Delivering engaging talks/presentations on behalf of the company in webinars/seminars and virtual counseling to students via Zoom and Google meet is required.
  • Providing students with accurate and clear information as well as answering all inquiries from students in a timely manner is vital.
  • A willingness to work flexibly and adjust working hours to suit the needs of the organization is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the higher education sector and be able to provide expert guidance to students. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with students, parents, and academic staff.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Social Work).
  • Prior experience in student counseling or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of University systems and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent English language skills.
