Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Director is responsible for leading a team to drive business growth, improve operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This includes managing cross-functional teams, driving sales, ensuring compliance, and delivering a superior client experience aligned with brand standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability targets.
    • Drive sales through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
    • Track daily/weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
  • Operations Excellence
    • Ensure smooth functioning of all clinic services (slimming, beauty, dermatology, wellness).
    • Maintain high hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
    • Oversee inventory, billing, and cash management processes.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team (Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, Counselors).
    • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
    • Build a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
    • Resolve escalations and ensure high net promoter score (NPS) & client retention.
    • Implement loyalty and referral programs.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirements.
    • Ensure proper documentation for audits and reviews.
    • Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.
  • Business Development
    • Build local partnerships (RWAs, corporates, gyms, wellness camps) for footfall generation.
    • Partner with marketing & BTL teams for city-specific activations.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue & leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with high ownership.
  • Open to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
