City Operations Director

The City Operations Head position is a strategic leadership role that oversees the end-to-end management of last mile operations for a fast-growing consumer tech company.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business and analytical skills, with the ability to lead city-wide operations and drive customer satisfaction metrics.
- Lead teams to enable on-time delivery of services
- Manage ground staff and last mile operations, including deployment, training, uptime, servicing, and utilization
- Analyze processes and procedures to identify improvements for cost reduction, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Design an optimized instant-delivery network to reduce delivery timelines and increase efficiency
- Build scalable processes that expand the value proposition and are replicable across top cities
- Develop performance monitoring metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, and cost per service
- Build and lead teams of hub executives and recruiters
- Drive service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms
