
Retention Growth Executive

We are seeking a seasoned leader to assume the position of Retention Executive, focusing on expanding our India revenue and client portfolio.
Job Title: Retention Vice PresidentThis is a leadership role with full ownership of the India P&L, including direct and channel sales, customer success, and field marketing.
The ideal candidate will be an outcome-driven professional with a strong understanding of cloud and SaaS ecosystems.
- Drive revenue growth, develop business strategies, and optimize profitability for the India business.
- Lead high-performing B2B field sales teams and foster strategic partnerships with cloud providers and solution integrators.
- Manage enterprise deal negotiations, complex client engagements, and renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales processes and pipeline metrics that drive customer-centric strategy in collaboration with product and delivery teams.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within cloud services or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to scale revenues and manage large customer portfolios.
- Expertise in cloud ecosystem partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and FinOps models.
- Strong track record of leading high-ticket enterprise sales and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and regional expansion.
- MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
