We are seeking an experienced Growth Analyst to join our team as a contractor. As a key member of our analytics group, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven growth and excellence through comprehensive cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct in-depth cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.">
  • Develop and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.">
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process AppsFlyer raw data for analytical purposes.">
  • Build complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.">
  • Create interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.">
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.">
  • Partner with client teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.">
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.">
  • Develop predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.">
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.">
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.">
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.">
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.">
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.">
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.">
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.">
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.">
  • Experience working as a contractor or consultant, with ability to quickly integrate into client teams and deliver results.">
