Affiliate Flutter Developer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities include App Development, Customer Training & Instruction, Team Training, Feedback and Reporting, Communication Skills, Use of Online Platforms, Collaborative Work, Session Management, Group Projects & Coordination, Customer Interaction, Student Assessment & Feedback.

  • Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions to clients in Western countries on Flutter app development.
  • Help customers understand key concepts and best practices in Flutter development.
  • Train fellow team members as required and ensure that all training sessions are of high quality and properly executed.
  • Capture feedback from every session and student, updating the database and sharing with senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.

Online Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.

Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
