Are you a skilled and driven performance marketing professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising paid ad campaigns across various platforms. You will take complete ownership of client accounts, focusing on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), growth, and retention. You will communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across various platforms.
      • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), growth, and retention.
        • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
          • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
            • Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics such as ROAS, click-through rate (CTR), cost per action (CPA), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
              • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
              • Requirements:
                • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, with a focus on Meta and Google.
                  • Strong communication and client-facing skills – ability to explain data and strategy clearly.
                    • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
                      • A high-ownership mindset – taking initiative and ensuring results.
                        • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
                          • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
