">Key Responsibilities
  • Overall accountability for strategic performance metrics and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic planning, financial control, forecasting, and reporting of cost centers and human capital in alignment with regional counterparts and other financial controllers.
  • Maintenance of high transparency levels for organizational performance and accuracy of financial data.
  • Analysis and commentary of discrepancies in financial reports.
  • Presentation of management analyses and insights.
  • Identification and implementation of process standardizations and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in finance, preferably in controlling.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP systems.
  • Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
  • Experience with current business intelligence tools and a willingness to expand skills.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment.
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and quality standards.
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
