Key Account Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage and grow key client relationships in the software services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, client engagement, and revenue growth within IT services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to expand business within existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
  3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  4. Work effectively with internal delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are successfully executed.
  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  6. Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address concerns, ensuring high retention rates.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
  8. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in account management or sales within software services/IT solutions. Proven ability to manage large accounts and drive revenue growth is essential, as well as a strong understanding of IT services, software development, and technology solutions. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are also required.
