Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job DescriptioneAorts to achieve revenue targets are the primary focus of this role.
- Drive new business development for contract, perm, RPO, and SOW-based staing services.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CHROs, procurement heads, MSP leads, business heads).
- Build a robust pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct client presentations and meetings across major Indian cities.
- Presentation decks and proposals must be tailored to client needs.
- Represent eAorts and present performance data clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo for prospecting and lead tracking.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams for successful execution and satisfaction.
- eAorts to build long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Proactive outreach and impactful client engagement.
- Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
