Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and productivity within the unit.

  • Meet unit targets and achieve revenue goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Oversee the implementation of our Sales Management system and supervise activity plans for Sales Managers and Agents.
  • Track and analyze productivity measures, including AFYP, case rate, annual mode business, persistency, paid cases per agent, YTD appointments, SM appointments, proactive agent retention, and annual FYC standards.
  • Identify, interview, and select new Sales Managers from the natural market and by networking to ensure talent acquisition and succession planning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and planning (PRP) for Sales Managers and develop comprehensive development plans, training needs, and communication strategies to enhance their retention and career growth.
