About the Position
We seek an experienced Business Growth Strategist to acquire new clients, build strong brand relationships, and craft campaign strategies that resonate.
This high-impact role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities for the agency. As a bridge between our creator network and brands, you'll ensure both parties derive maximum value.
The core responsibility of this position is to analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest suitable creators from our network for high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients across industries.
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
- Analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest suitable creators from our network for high-impact campaigns.
- Execute structured outbound strategies to engage new leads and convert them into clients.
- Present well-thought-out influencer marketing proposals tailored to client needs and vision, using creative thinking and data-backed insights.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.
- Understanding of the space and hands-on experience working with influencers and brands.
- A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies is required.
- Existing network of brand contacts can help fast-track growth.
