- You will be responsible for identifying client challenges and developing innovative solutions to address them, leveraging our agency's resources and expertise.
- A key aspect of this role is collaboration with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Your attention to detail will ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of client interactions, project details, and work records will facilitate smooth operations and future reference.
- You will participate in pitches alongside our team to secure new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.
- Ensuring the overall quality of creative content and services delivered will maintain set standards and exceed client expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in account management, marketing, or a related field.
