At our company, we're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Finance and Growth Specialist Intern. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a vital role in managing core finance operations, ensuring financial discipline, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, compliance, and FP&A, as well as advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and Power BI or similar tools. They will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with the fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup.

Key responsibilities will include end-to-end bookkeeping, bill tracking, and invoice management, as well as GST filings, tax return filings, and other statutory compliances. You will also support market analysis, pricing strategy, and business growth initiatives, and create board-level decks, reports, and dashboards to inform decision-making.

As a Finance and Growth Specialist Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founder on high-level meetings, fundraising conversations, and strategy discussions. You will also build and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards, analyze KPIs, cost structures, and growth levers using Google Sheets/Excel and Power BI or similar tools.

Qualifications include CA Inter/CS/MBA Finance or equivalent qualifications, strong financial acumen, and hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, compliance, and FP&A. Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, etc.) and exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools are strongly preferred.
