Our mission is to create India's first and largest integrated healthcare financing ecosystem by combining medical crowdfunding, lending, and health assurance under one umbrella.
The role of Urban Growth Specialist plays a crucial part in our mission by:
- Building strategic partnerships with doctors and hospitals to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.
- Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets, improve field effectiveness, and promote professional development.
- Developing new crowdfunding and lending opportunities by identifying patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
- Driving awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
- Setting revenue goals and managing both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Providing continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions.
- Ensuring smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
- Taking full ownership of the city-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.
Key requirements for this role include:
- 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
- Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
