Job Title: Project Financial Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Financial Manager to oversee the financial management of our internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare periodic project reviews with relevant financial analysis in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Control and optimize project results through close involvement with the Project Manager.
  • Prepare budget, forecast, and MIS reporting, providing accurate analysis of actual vs. budget/forecast to the FP&A team.
  • Challenge the estimate to complete to maximize project margin.
  • Assure intercompany invoicing is completed as soon as possible.
  • Review and analyze all balance sheet items linked to projects, including WIP and inventory.
  • Manage hedging to limit exposure.
  • Provide all project finance reporting.
  • Participate in project management team meetings, risk, and savings sessions with the project manager, and all decision-making concerning project finances.
  • Ensure accuracy of actuals and estimates to complete.
  • Ensure cost components quality, cost, and delivery commitment are properly documented/backed up and monitored on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (CA/ICWA fresher or minimum 2-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in project finance/controlling).
  • Working experience in project industries, preferably having knowledge of AS7 & AS9.
  • Working knowledge of SAP in FI, PP, Project, and MM module.
  • Experience in manufacturing MNC unit is desirable.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Working experience of hedging is desirable.
  • CA or CMA - 2 to 3 years with hands-on experience in project controlling.
