Job Title

As a seasoned Operations Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading a team of specialists and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with design and production teams to maintain alignment with committed project timelines for your region. You will manage internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, Installer teams etc, to ensure they receive the necessary support to meet customer-pledged timelines and quality standards.

  • Own the entire customer experience from project initiation till handover. Serve as the highest point of escalation for your region and ensure any customer-raised issues are resolved within agreed-upon timeframes and projects are completed successfully.
  • Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams like installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams, etc, to facilitate quicker issue resolution for your team members to resolve problems on-site.
  • Be a people manager to empower existing team members and recruit top talent in the country to strengthen the team in your region.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to defined process SOPs and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.
  • Responsible for Adhering to Customer Move-In Timelines, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Expedited resolution of customer escalations.

Required Expertise and Qualifications

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7 to 12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills (direct team reporting in past roles required)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills needed.
  • A well-structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic partnerships/alliances through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
