Job Title: Project Pump Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project pump specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of pump projects from initiation to completion.

About the Role:
The project pump specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to meet client requirements. This includes process optimization, equipment selection, and installation supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with engineers, procurement specialists, and contractors to source and procure equipment and materials.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise installation activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets and resources to achieve maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas or chemical industries.
- Strong knowledge of pump systems, including design, operation, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
