QA Engineer Responsibility of all Quality Assurance activities from preparing QAP to final testing of pumps involving third party inspection performance test final inspection reports regarding dispatch clearance Working on ERP system to produce Daily inspection testing reports Analysis of assembly and field complaints Tool selection as per the work environment Implementation of 5s Kaizen activity and ISO 9001-2008 documentation Monitored field-level performance and reported on the current status and potential improvements through research and root cause analysis Reviewed updated and maintained all Specifications Work Guides and SOPs to ensure quality Test bed arrangement according to API 610 requirements fulfilling all the parameters required for testing the pump Maintaining Calibration various testbed instruments such as flow meters gauges transducers AMS Suite Power Meter etc familiar with pump assembly pump packaging mechanical seal with their flushing plans cooling systems of API standards Plan 11 23 61 53-B 52 etc Performance NPSH and CUT testing of different model of centrifugal pumps including single stage multistage category pumps as per API 610 standardAlso attend offer pump to the customer for inspection carried out of all witnessed activities as per QAP and making their final reports for all API and non-API pumps as per QAP Hands of experience on forced LUBE oil system knowing all connections and mountings also familiar with pure mist and purge oil system Having a master hand on g-CATS global-Computer Assisted Testing Software is a Sulzer global automation project for computerized testing and analysis of pumps Well understanding of electrical technology like selection of suitable motor and electrical connection Application of VFD OLTC Breaker as per suitability and compatibility of electrical system Offer the performance witness to the government customer agencies like EIL NTPC IOCL L T ONGC GAIL etc Monitoring Reviewing and implementing necessary actions for the customer complaints Internal NC SupplierNC RCA CAPA implementation Effectiveness 5 WHY analysis Fish bone diagram 8D Etc To prevent occurrence recurrence of NC continuously coaching the process owners and recommending necessaryimprovement projects in kaizen Lean Manufacturing Joint process improvements etc to improve the processperformance in all aspects
